All Souls Counseling Center began in October 2000 in response to an urgent need in Asheville for quality mental health services to people who are uninsured or underinsured. We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit center with a dedicated Board of Directors. Counseling is provided by psychotherapists in private practice in the community who are willing to offer their services at greatly discounted fees.

WHO WE SERVE

§ People of WNC who are un- or underinsured and in need of out-patient psychotherapy

§ People who can benefit from counseling, but whose lives are in enough control that they can function without case management, crisis intervention or hospitalization

§ Children, adolescents, adults, couples and families

§ Children with Medicaid coverage

§ Referrals from health care providers, social service agencies or churches
